VIEWING PRODUCTS
Access a comprehensive catalogue of our products from the menu on the left side of the page or, if you prefer, you can use the search facility in the top menu bar.  Clicking on a particular product, will open up a window with more detail.

BUILDING A RANGE PLAN
Once you have selected a product, clicking "add to enquiry" will save this product in an enquiry basket, which can then be submitted to us as an enquiry.  This is particularly useful if you want to build up a range of products, as the enquiry basket will instantly show you how much a particular collection of products will cost.  When you are ready to submit the enquiry to us, simply click on Enquiry Basket in the top right of the screen, and complete the form to send your details to us.  Please note, this is not an order that you are sending to us, merely an enquiry.

PLACING AN ORDER ON THE SITE
If you have dealt with us before, and are registered on the site, you will be able to view previously ordered bespoke products for re-order.  These bespoke products are only visible to you, unless you have expressly given permission for them to be available as part of our forthcoming wholesale area.

The other products in our online catalogue are there as examples of what we can produce as bespoke products for you.  You are welcome to add these to an order, and then send in images to us either via the upload box at checkout, via our ftp server or by disc in the post if you prefer.

If you do not have an approved credit account with us, then you can submit the order to us, as we will contact you with payment details.  Alternatively, if you have an account, then you can select this payment option on checkout.
